What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or referral documents. Arriving 10–15 minutes early helps us serve you better.

Yes. Our modern Infusion Center provides safe, personalized infusion therapy supervised by experienced clinical staff. Amenities include recliner chairs, free Wi-Fi, TV, an on-site infusion pharmacy, and patient financial counseling.

Yes. We offer on-site diagnostic testing including blood glucose, flu, COVID-19, rapid strep, urinalysis, urine drug screening, and occult blood testing for fast and convenient results.

Our mental health team provides compassionate care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, dementia, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns through personalized treatment plans and medication management.

We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am – 3:00pm. Contact us for holiday hours or special scheduling needs.
